The body is mostly made up of an involuntary, spiraling web of tensegritous suspension, that generates, regulates and manages the forces and energies arising from movement, the fascia. We can therefore look to fascia as the most pertinent aspect of our possibilities and potentials. My impression however, is that the perception of the body and many approaches to educating it exact a willful imposition of esthetic concepts that compromise a harmonious relationship to the fascia, and can actually turn it into the enemy of the skeleton. - Frey Faust
